I too have discovered file, save as, for exporting contact information from
Outlook; however I have another problem. I have created a number of
"contacts" in subdirectories under the main contact list. When I try to do an
export of data from one of these subdirectories, using file, save as, the
only information I receive is the contact information stored in the main
contact list, even though I have the contact list that I am interested in
exporting highlighted. Any suggestions on how I can export the contact
information from the subdirectory?
File > Save As... works the same for DL's in subfolders as the main folder.
We have no idea what you're doing wrong. You most certainly shouldn't be
exporting.
