Exporting data to Pivot I get error

Hi,
I am using Excel along with my company portal (which
uses OLAP reports) to export data and I get the following
error.

THE OLAP PROVIDER RETURNED AN UNEXPECTED NUMBER OF
DIMENSIONS.

I use WINDOWS XP Professional and OFFICE XP.

Kindly suggest.
