Exporting Data from Access 20002 into Access 97

Is it possible to export data from Acess 2002 into same
named fields in Access 97?

I think so.
Write an Append query in A2002 and point it at your A97 mdb file (on the
same screen where you choose a table name you ccan choose Another Database.)
