Exporting Access files to new Access database

I've exported a number of forms, reports, queries, and
macros from an existing Access 2000 mdb file to new Access
2000 mdb file.

Attempted to generate a mde file from the new database,
receive message that mde file cannot be generated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to compile the code first.
It must be a successful compile!
Then try it.

Thanks for your help. Once I compiled the VB code, it
worked fine.
