exporting a distribution list to another person's computer

How do I export a distribution list in my contacts to another person's
computer. I an using Outlook.

You cannot export a DL. Is the other person using Outlook? If so email in as
an Outlook Item in an RTF message.
 
Thanks for your help. the person I am trying to export it to uses Vista
operation system like I do but he is using windows email but he does also
have outlook so I will try it your way. Thanks so much for your help.
