export to excel

I exported access data to excel. Is there a way that
when I change the data in access for that table it will
automatically change the data in the exported excel
spreadsheet?

Not unless you link the spreadsheet as an Access table.
(Some people do this - I personally do not.)

I wouldn't use Excel at all. I would build a form and keep all the data in
Access.
