export to excel contacts 2002 UDF

Client exports Outlook 2002 Contacts, into excel
spreadsheet, but the User Define Fields do not export.
What is kenny doing wrong?
 
Not doing anything wrong - user defined fields don't export - you need a 3rd
party program for that. YOu may find something you need at
