Export to Access

I have a Distribution List with about 500 email addresses in it in Outlook
2003 and I was wondering if it would be possible to export those addresses
into an Access table?

Save the DL as a .txt file. Use Notepad to edit out the name and
description. The result will be a tab-delimited file you can import.
