How do I export or copy a long list of ranges to another workbook

oldjay

copy the addresses associated with each range into cells in a single column.
Then copy the cells to the other workbook.

I should have said defined ranges. The ones you see when you pull down the
name box

Click on a named range in the list and immediately Excel will go to that
range and select it all. You can then do Copy and Paste easily.

Does that solve the problem?

Thanks I was wishing their was a quick way
