Running Outlook 2003 and have a problem exporting. I go
to the file option, import/export option, export to a
file and then click next and nothing happens. It will
not advance to the next option. I can click import
anything and it goes to the next window, but when I try
to export, it won't advance?

Anyone had this problem? Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Phil

Are you trying to export a set of folders or the entire .pst file? Did you
install the optional items from the Office Tools tree, such as exporters?

Actually, I would ike to do both. An backup of all info,
ie... mail, contacts, calenadar, notes etc... as well
as specific backups such as just calendar or just
contacts.

I went back to see if the exporters were installed. add
remove programs, update office and then advanced install
options and everything was checked under tools to be
installed, or had the little #1 by it to be installed on
first use. It still won't do anything. When I go to
export to a file and click next. It will not advance.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks....phil
