What happened to the export and import functions in Outlook? Most notably;
..pst files
 
Nothing. What makes you think something happened?
Exporting and importing PST files has never been a good idea.
 
If you're saying you can't find them, you haven't looked very hard. File >
Open > Import gives you the same screen you've always had. There is nothing
new or better in Outlook 2010. Things are just more carefully hidden.
