Export excel comments to word

Hi, I have an excel spreadsheet, on which I have 'Shown comments'. This
sheet is part of a training manual so i need to cut and paste various
sections of this excel sheet into Word, in order to explain it. However, I
would like small sections in word, to match the actual excel sheet and would
thus like the comments from the excel sheet to show in the Word document so
both look the same.
i know how to add seperate comments in word, but they appear at the right of
the document and are not as clear to read as the Excel ones that relate to a
cell. Is there any way of showing comments as well when you export from
Excel to Word

You may want to cature the screen image. Press in Excel "Cntrl - Print
Screen ". Then paste in word. You can use Crop Picture to just view the
area in excel you want. Before the Print Screen you can change the viewing
size from 100% to 200% or 400% to see a larger area or go smaller. You can
also in word scale the picture to what ever size you need.

You also may want to view the comments all the time by changing the following
option

Menu Tools - Options - View - "Comment and Indicator" (not indicator only)
