Export everything from Outlook to new computer

Is it possible to export all my data in Outlook 2002 to a new computer that
also has Outlook 2002? The most important thing is to get all my current
emails and contacts to my new computer.

Any help is much appreciated.

copy the pst file to new pc, ensure read only flag is off, then open in OL.
Do not overwrite any existing pst.
