Export duplicate data into another spreadsheet

How do I pull duplicate data from one cell of a spreadsheet and export it
into another spreadsheet?
 
Hi,

In Excel 2007 copy the entire range to the new spreadsheet and then choose
the Data, Remove Duplicates command.

Actually we need more info - you say pull duplicate data from "a" cell? So
one cell has "abd abd rrt" and you want to put the abd abd part in another
spreadsheet?
