export db + images to a file

I'm not particular about format to export to, I tried html, but either missed
something, or it just won't export images.
Other format would be like a contact sheet.

There's only 4 fields and it fits on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet.
I thought of printing, but really don't want to print 28 pages. Just not into
the waste of paper and color ink just to scan them into a contact sheet.

Also thought of print screen. again, not something I really want to waste time
on for 28 pages.

A simple export to html would be ideal. I figure I'll be doing the export many
times, as I add to the db.

the fields are
id, date/time, memo, ole [bitmap image]

And id isn't really necessary.

Try printing to a PDF or a Snapshot. The snapshot format comes with all
current and recent versions of Access. You can use cutePDF as a free PDF
maker:

I'd considered pdf, most versatile for what I want, something I can post as an
image, and still have access to the text. But can't find the option to print to
pdf. I did find the option to print to office image manager, it prints to tif
with OCR. Think I'll see what happens with that for awhile. But PDF is more
familiar to me.

Check in your Printers list.

PDF drivers generally install as *printers*. So, where you
might normally print to an HPLJ1200 (or whatever) in the
Print Dialog, here you would choose CutePDF.

Worked like a charm, but the docs are a little lacking in explanation..

says select cutepdf to print to. And I was trying to print to file with cutepdf selected. one or the other, but not both.
file gives you a ghost script file, cutepdf gives you a pdf file but onlyafter you download the free ghost script converter from the cutepdf web site.
You can read the ghost script image with the converter, from 2 miles away.

Basically what the docs left out is also grab the ghost script converter and install it. and ONLY print to cutepdf as if it were an actual printer.
