Export AutotextList

I am using AutoTextList following the instructions in article
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/AutoTextList.htm

The problem comes when I save this document as a template and send it to my
coworkers, they cannot see the autotexts created within the AutoTextList.

IE: I have 43 autotext, so I created an AutoTextList that includes all of
them but only me can see them in my machine, my coworkers cant. What am I
doing wrong?

By default, AutoText entries are saved in Normal.dot. If you want to make
them available to your coworkers, you must explicitly save them in the
template you are distributing to your coworkers. You can copy or move them
from Normal.dot to that template using the Organizer.
