export access database into quickbooks

Hello,
I work for a nonprofit organization, and they just received a copy of
Quickbooks. Now they have a contact/address list which stored in a Access
Database. Is there a way to export the data from Access so that I can import
it into Quickbooks?

Some method not too difficult. Thanks

You can export data in multiple formats (e.g., text-delimited, Excel, ...).
Which one(s) will Quickbooks be able to use?
