I currently have Bt as a broadband provider and have
recently removed the sasser virus from my system. Whilst
my broadband connection appears open (i can ping the bbc
via cmd) I am unable to browse any page or symantic ftp
download etc. I do not have a clue what the issue is. I
can also access the internet via my laptop on the same
connection. Please help
