Explorer wont open

When i dial out to my isp, i.e. wont open automaticly.
Then when i open it maually it says page cannot be
displayed. Any ideas?

Only your ISP?
Can you get to some other sites?

Do you include http://www... in front of your URLs?

If that works then you may have some parasites.
