Why is it just know being discover since the vulnerability existed all
the way back to windows 95?

Why is the patch not working on Windows xp?

Why would the have to rebuild windows98se/Me to fix the problem?

Simple solution- block explorer.exe from accessing the web using a
firewall.

MA has abandoned us, Rozelle! Woe is us! But, yea, a firewall, virus scanner, safe hex, & full system backup hopefully does it.

Soon, the virus writers will abandon us as well, anyhow!
