Explorer tweaking?

When opening Explorer, is it possible to adjust wich view/folder to be
opened? As default it allways opens the document-folder.
 
here is the command line I use in the properties of Explorer in the TARGET windows.
opens "C" drive.

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,c:\
