Explorer opens and almost everything is black

When I open the Explore Browser (Ver. 6) almost
everything is black. When I run my mouse across the
screen, it uncovers the Browser where my mouse has swept
across. Why is the Browser opening all black?

Is there a way to reinstal explorer or fix this?

Repair IE.
Add/Remove Programs/MS?IE repair...

But it can also be some video problems. Change your resolution see if it
helps.
