My 6.0 will not open. I get various messages
like "explorer has caused an error in MSIEP.dll; in
Kernel32.dll and In ole32.dll" sometimes I also get "this
window is busy" Bare in mind I am functionally illiterate
when it comes to computers. Can I just remove the program
and then reload it? Or do I have other problems. The
other functions on the computer are working fine..

Hi Renee

I think you may just need to run a Repair on your
Internet Explorer. If you go to Control Panel -
Add/Remove Programs and select IE and click Chnage you
will be presented with the option to repair your
installation. Once it has finished you may need to
reboot, I don't remember. It should then work fine. You
may have to go to Windows Updates and reapply any service
packs and upgrades relating to IE.

Hope this helps
