Explorer not refreshing CD info

The CD information is not updated when I swap CD's. This
happens not only in Explorer but in other programs as
well. Service Pack 1 did not solve the problem.

Uninstall any Raxio programs, download Raxio updates for your program,
reinstall, install updates.
