Can't imagine why you are having such a problem. I have VISTA Home Premium
64-bit on a box i made at home. After loading VISTA up with all the programs
and peripherals required, I tried to "crash" VISTA before certifying it as a
new work station. The acid test had 15 instances of IE open at various
websites, email open, several workstation programs open including a word
processing program, and music playing on one of the DVD's. VISTA didn't miss
a beat when asked repeatedly to do some other totally rediculous additional
task. This box's resources are not much greater than yours actually; 3.2GB
Dual CPU, 2GB RAM, the rest of the resources don't much make any difference
in what it mightbe able to do as far as working with the browser.

Perhaps you might use a CPU test program and RAM test to see if everything
is working properly. Just GOOGLE the terms for free tests. Good luck.
