Explorer internal error message

When I open MSN 9 OR INTERNET EXPLORER, I get a message:
We are sorry, but msn explorer has experienced an internal
error & will have to restart. I've called msn and
microsoft, but haven't received any help. Please someone
help me. This has been going on now for almost 2 weeks.
 
did you try uninstalling msn 9, and go back to msn 6 or 7
just to see?
