Dad

Hi,

Explorer put icons/links for networked folders in its Network
subtree. Some of these are now invalid but I haven't found a
means of removing them. In XP, they can be deleted. How
are they removed in Vista Premium?

Thanks,
Gary

Are they in your network favorites or something like that?

In Explorer the Network subtree shows each PC in the network.
Under each PC it shows a folder icon/link for each shared folder
that ever existed. I reorganized the sharing on one PC making
some icons/links invalid. They just won't go away.
