When I click on my computer in the start menu I get "explorer has encountered
a problem" I didn't have any of this before SP2. I also now have a MSN
folder with 2 shortcuts at startup that I did not have before SP2, the
folders are empty...how do I get rid of this at startup? I am running
Windows Pro....PLEASE HELP!!
Thank you

Scan your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus/spybot,search
and destroy/CWShredder as well as with adaware.
Run all these tools in safe mode.

Exactly! Probably you got some software which is not SP2 compatible and
maybe this is caused the error. Can you tell in which module Windows
Explorer (My Computer) is saying the error is? Something like -
explorer.exe, ntdll.dll, etc.?
