Explorer has caused error

When I click IE, the following error message appear:

Explorer has caused error in
YCOMP5_3_12_0.DLL
Explorer will now close.

I have Windows ME, IE 6

Please help me. Thank you.
 
Uninstall Yahoo! Companion (YCOMP5_3_12_0.DLL)
