Explorer hangs

Has anybody found the fix to this.Explore 6.0 hangs 15-60 seconds at random
when opening another web page.netscape runs fine, no problems.This problem
just started the past week. I have tried everything from restoring system,
checking viruis,eliminating programs. I see that other people have suddenly
developed the same problem. Any ideas?
