Explorer Folder locked for editing while Outlook is open

I found in my XP that it is unable to rename the Windows Folder after I saved
the attachment from inbox of outlook 2007. Then I closed the outlook and
retried to rename successfully. Is this a known issue?
 
Yes, it's not uncommon (it still happens with Outlook 2010 and Win7). If you
would have went back to the save dialog and changed folders it would have
worked without closing outlook. Just go through the motion of saving the doc
to a new folder but cancel after you select a new folder.
