explorer.exe

I recently reformatted my computer and suddenly explorer.exe won't load on
the start up anymore. I have to press ctrl + alt + delete to open the task
manager and go to file, new task, run explorer.exe every time I turn on my
computer. How can I fix this?

I already posted this four days ago...but no one responded and I don't know
how to fix it still.

Update your antivirus software and run a full system scan.

Update whatever anti-spyware applications that you have and run a full
system scan with each one.
