not always present. Sometime the started their pc and everything is ok

Anyone please help me !

you can launch
the task manager and
begin a "new task" of
explorer.exe

when it launches
so does an instance
of the registry -(hint).

it is unclear as to
how your pc's / system
is set up. however
as mentioned it might
be a simple matter of
registry not loading.

you might try
the pagedfrg program
from microsoft.com

also, since user
intervention is being
minimalized you may
also want to initiate
autocheckdisk at each
bootup.

I know i can do that but i dont want the users to have to do this.

also, the profile hive cleaner
from microsoft.com would
be a bad idea to install as well.

I know i can do that but i dont want the users to have to do this.

None of the imaginative but inaccurate information provided by "db" will
help you. You need to determine the underlying cause. The most common
reason for this problem is malware although there certainly can be other
causesThe First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the
time things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

You haven't told us anything about your computers, your network
(workgroup/domain?), your security, etc. Here are general questions that
need to be answered to narrow down the troubleshooting:

You cannot have a scattershot attitude towards troubleshooting. It has
to be methodical and proceed in a reasonable way. Post back with some
answers for focused help.

the issue has nothing to
do with virus's or
trojans.

and your assessment lacks
originalty and expertise, like
your antiviral webpage..
