Hi we have a couple of pc that suddenly have this problem. When
the users
log on in windows xp sp2, the process explorer.exe is not
their. We have to
manualy stat it or log of and log on to correct the problem.
The problem is
not always present. Sometime the started their pc and
everything is ok

help you. You need to determine the underlying cause. The most common
reason for this problem is malware although there certainly can be other

malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

You haven't told us anything about your computers, your network
(workgroup/domain?), your security, etc. Here are general questions that
