Explorer.EXE - Unable To Locate Component

My computer has stopped working, whenever I type in my
pass to log in it says the above^^(in title) and
then "This Application has failed to s tart because
SHDOCVW.dll was not found. Re-installing the application
may fix this problem."

Then the screen turns to my background, but nothing
loads. Can anyone help?

Can you get to Save mode and run SFC.EXE from the start/run applet.

Extract the file from you Windows CD.
