Hello All,
My first post here so I am not sure how much information you may need.
The problem is that when I "Shut Down" my computer an error message comes up
saying that "explorer.exe" will not close and when windows cannot close it I
am asked to "End Now" or "Cancel". Pressing either option results in the
computer shutting down.
Sometimes this is followed by "Taskmgr" and I go throught the same process
as above.
Any help would be great! Thank you
