explorer.exe does not load on one workstation when domain
users log into it (checked the running processes list).
no desktop icons or start bar/taskbar. the only way for
them to use the workstation is to make them local admins
on that wkstn! obviously not desirable. no group policy
set from server. already tried repairing XP but didnt
work. making them Power Users didnt work either.
