Explorer.exe Locks Up When Copying large files

Where Quality is Job 1.1

Every time I attempt to copy large files, i.e., QuickBooks, or video files
over my wireless network explorer locks up and sometimes a power cycle is
required to get out. Note you cannot always kill and restart Explorer.exe
with taskmanager.
