explorer.exe cpu usage100%

Hi my name is gunnar and i have 3 accounts on my windows
xp but for sum reason one of my accounts has 100% CPU
usage and on the others its a low number like 3%. I cant
acesse anything on my account only on the other 2. I
recently had a virus that got rid of my explorer.exe but
i got rid of that and put a new one in.
then i
scanned my system with latest virus definitioned
antivirus.As well as
with Spybot.
Then:-
start > Run > sfc /scannow
it got the cpu usage down to normal but now theres a
whole bunch of viruses should i just keep deleting these
files? or what?

you need to scan again, remove em, install a firewall, and stop opening any
old email's, or accepting files and running files, you don't know what they
are....
