explorer error messages

Please help. We have lost all ability to explore our
computer and the internet. Tried to reload Win2K without
any change. Virus scan was negative. Any help
appreciated.
 
We need you to be a little more descriptive of the problem. Do you receive
any error messages? Do you have any telling events in either the System or
Application logs? Does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
