Explorer econ changed for html files

All of a sudden all of my html files are showing this icon instead of the Exlorer icon and I can't change it back to Explorer, can anyone help me??

What icon is showing instead of the proper one? Can you describe it? Did
you install any new programs that might have taken the file
associations? Go to the Folder Options in Control Panel and look at the
File Types tab. Scroll down to HTM and HTML. What program is associated
with those file types?
