When I open the Windows Explorer (XP SP2), I get a basic set of file
properties when I click details. How do I modify what details are
displayed? I would like to see the file creation date and well as the last
modified date.

Thanks,

W. Wolfe

1. Click "View" menu > Click "Choose Details..." item
2. You will get a window where you can put checkmarks next to the
items you want to display in details view *+* in the menu which appears
when you [right click > Arrange items by]

Right click one of the column headings in the the right pane of explorer and
choose what you want.
