Explorer crash in sp2 fix

I was able to fix explorer and dr watson crashes by running Microsoft
Regclean, the free and now unsupported registry cleaner by MS. You can

I tried reg clean. It works fine , BUT only till i reboot my machine. After
i reboot i get the same problem. cany any one let me know wot this is
