Explorer context menu is blocking all sounds.

Hi, I've got a problem with explorer context menu blocking IO, e.g.
all sounds are paused until I close it. I've seen this a few times on
some old Windows XP machines, but now it's happening to my computer.
Nothing changed recently, Windows is fully updated with SP3. The menu
is also a little bit slow to appear and laggy.
