Explorer Bar

Can't get explorer search bar to go away. Restored
defaults in both places...unchecked search in
view...everytime restart IE explorer search pane is
on...Can't get it to turn off. Tried reinstalling also.

Deletes the following registry key; Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to
defaults. Restores hidden/missing bars:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
