My Internet Explorer does not display pages with Java or
frames. Does anyone have any idea why or how to fix this?
I cannot even access the Microsoft updates page since it
contains frames. I think I have IE6 at home.

For Java, you might need a Java Virtual Machine (JVM). Get one here:
http://java.sun.com/getjava. I have no clue why you're having trouble
with frames.
