When i click links in my outlook, it opens a new window,
if i have say 4 windows open(browser) it will go to the
last broswer i have been to, how can you stop this from
happening? when i click a link from outlook i want it to
open in the same browser.

I think this is the default when you open a window with Outlook. Any
subsequent windows open with OE will be shown in the same process.

Right Click on the OE link and try Open in new window...
