Explorer 6 error problems how do I repair it??

Hello, Recently when I look at pages associated with ebay and other I often get script error windows. How do I fix this without loosing all my windows settings ( I am afraid this will happen if I repair in place windows xp) I am using sygate firewall and windows xp. I have alreadt tried run: sfc /scannow and it didint seam to help....
 
Also check your settings here:

IE>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Disable Script Debugging and Display
a notification about every script error.
Make sure that there is check mark against the "Disable Script
Debugging" dialog box
and uncheck "Display a notification about every script error" dialog box.
