explore problem

hi
i was recently advised by my service provider to go back to IE6 from IE7
hopefully to solve a problem with outlook exp.since doing this i am unable to
enter any information into I Explorer 7 other starting things have occured i
cannot use system restore as an error message appears saying that it cannot
load because the ietutil.dll file is missing. this message appears on other
programs to any ideas please. I have purchased a copy of internet explorer 7
from microsoft hoping that installing from a disc would work as all attemptes
to download have failed. but even installing from the disc has not workred.

I'm guessing you mean iertutil.dll is missing. Download it from,
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?iertutil
unzip it and paste it into C:\WINDOWS\system32
Then try to open your program.
