explore.exe and clean disk manger freezes runs at 100%

my explorer.exe file freezes after clicking on c drive with thumbmail
view. I use xp pro and diligently update all anit-virus adaware and
spybot programs. HELP! Also, when cleaning my internet usage from
control panel maitenance, while using the ’free up space’ program
clean disk freezes about 1/4 of the way through. Please help I’ve
tried so many places and no one responds.
 
Thiers a fix for that,try search at microsoft,type:812248 You can/could also
go to run,type:cmd In cmd type:cleanmgr Then press enter on keyboard.
