explain tlkp in access

I am new to Access downloads i cannot find the meaning of tlkpProperty

I'm not aware of a "tlkp" property.

I regularly use "tlkp" as a prefix/naming convention to remind myself that
the object I'm looking at is:
1. a table, and
2. used to look up values (e.g., a table of state abbreviations and full
state names)
